Model 1 – Resource Augmentation

  • BOS provides dedicated resources at a fixed monthly rate
    • Execute routine tasks
    • Development and administration
    • Or as decided in statement of work.
    • The resources could be deployed on site or off site

    • 24 * 7 for off site resources
    • 8*5 for on site resources

Model 2 – Time and Material

  • BOS provides SAP resources for various modules of SAP.
    • The resources are Fully or Partially deployed invoiced at a fixed hourly rate as utilized. This model is applicable only to offshore resources.

Model 3 – Fixed Ticket Package

  • Fixed number of Tickets (Bucket of tickets) for various SAP modules for a given period. The invoicing will be done based on no of tickets and not on resource utilization.

Model 3 – Entire System Support -1

  • For a given period, all incidents are supported at a fixed cost.
  • Existing trend and volumes of the tickets, are considered to decide incident volume for a period of support which in turn decides fixed price. The large system necessitates onsite + offsite resource engagement model.
    • 10% variation on the ticket volumes (Above or below agreed volume) is absorbed in the fixed cost for the period.
    • Complete ownership for Application support & on going project support is provided by the BOS team.
    • Onsite senior resources to coordinate with system owners at client location and work execution by offshore team.
